(assuming you have no other rules)

ipchains -F input  # flush existing rules
ipchains -A input -p tcp -s "$MYNET" -d "$MYIP" 25 -j ACCEPT
ipchains -A input -p tcp -d "$MYIP" 25 -j DENY --log
