[lug] Making Modules stay on reboot

If you look at the startup files, typically there is a piece of the script
that greps on the alias and then does a modprobe.  So the short answer is
put it in your startup files.  e.g. put this in /etc/rc.d/rc.local

modprobe IPFTPMasq
