Have you tried removing temp files that might be stale? Run "init 3" to
go to console mode, then do this (followed by "init 5" when done):
rm -f /tmp/orbit-jeanclaude/*
rm -f /tmp/.ICE-unix/*
rm -f /tmp/.X11-unix/*
Also, cd to the jeanclaude home directory, and remove the .Xauthority
and .ICEauthority files...then init 5 again.
Also, did this ever work for that account?
