Title: QA Engineer

Job Description: 
Work with the engineering and product marketing team supporting the
product development lifecycle through design, analysis and testing of
CorAccess hardware and software product offerings. Perform whitebox and
blackbox testing as needed, as well as test tool design and

QA Engineer will also be responsible for configuration management. QA
Engineer will be responsible for tagging software releases, developing
software release notes, and assisting product support. QA Engineer may
be required to assist product support team in customer assistance and
trouble shooting.

Primary Duties:

Develop and execute performance test plans and performance test suites. 
Develop automated load tests based on written or automated test cases. 
Design and execute whitebox plans and test cases. 
Design and implement QA test tools. 
Analyze, document, and verify system change requests (defects,
enhancements, new features). 
Collaborate with the Product Management and Development staff to derive
test design and specifications. 
Assist product support team.


2+ years experience creating complete system load testing suites on a 
2+ web-based or client/server product.
2+ years programming experience with C/++ or JAVA
Experience with test tools such as Rational Robot is a plus. 
Strong knowledge of QA process and methodologies. 
Ability to create clear, concise defect submissions. 
Ability to troubleshoot software defects and identify root cause. 
Knowledge of Linux based systems. 
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. 

3+ years Quality Assurance experience.
4 year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent
technical training and professional work experience.
