Wow, it looks like the Tier 1 companies listed by Wikipedia are the M$
equivalents of the internet world - collusion, restriction of
competion, and monopolistic practices. Why am I not surprised that
they don't cooperate with other players.
If you fill your heart with regrets of yesterday and the worries
