No it's root...

so get this.. i can 
cd /etc
vi passwd

that allows me to see the real name on every account
on the system (mine included).  i can't drill down
into another's directory (permissions are correct) but
i can tell you the names of every person that my isp
is doing business with.

that's kind of lame isn't it?
